Our Whistleblowing policy asks that you raise any concerns relating to possible criminal offences, breaches of the law, a serious breach of firm policy, procedure or control, and any aspect of the firms operations which may endanger someones health or safety. If you wish to raise any concern, you may do so in confidence except where the firm is required to comply with a competing legal or regulatory obligation.
The firm will not tolerate victimisation of anyone who raises a concern of suspected wrongdoing. This policy is reviewed on an annual basis by our People department.
